Help. Our side by side sears coldspot model # 1067631462 is working great only in the bottom half of both the fridge and the freezer. The top of the fridge is lukewarm, the top of the freezer is warm and will not freeze anything. The bottom of the freezer, keeps everything frozen The bottom of the fridge works great, also???? What could this be and is there a simple solution?
