to wells fargo and ask if i could cash the check, but that person asked me if i have an account there, or state ID, driver license etc... i said "no"

and he doesn't accept my check even though i have a school ID with me and i went to the bank listed on the check!

either go to a currency exchange and see if they can cash it for you or you will have to go and get a state id if you can.  go back to wells fargo and ask for a manager if the address on the check is the exact same loction that you went to they should cash it there.  if it is an out of state address then good luck with that one.  go open up a savings account and deposit it in there before the check expires.

That's true, they won't cash it without an account or an ID with wellsfargo.

What you should do is sign over the check to a parent or friend to cash it for you.  they can also cash this check at another bank if they don't bank with wellsfargo.

on the back of the check write "pay to the order of (ur friends name)"  

Then your signature under that and then they would sign under yours.
