even though i like the long hair..

you should cut it! go for long layers.. and definetly side bangs..

I'd get long layers that are loose and flowy, and maybe get long bangs cut to the side. Your hair looks naturally straight and super shiny, which is awesome. Some long layers and long bangs will look really chic and grown up :) Some links below to some pictures show what I mean!
