Help.Place to live in St andrews.?

I was just told by the university of St Andrews that there is no accommodation for me. I am very down now. It is difficult to find a place to live in that small town i think and i dont have too much time to find one as on 22th of this month, the course starts. Who can help me?

Don't you think you should give the university a ring again about the accomodation? Or even ask the people on the phone if they have a list of approved property's for students to live in nearby the university, universities generally do have a list of landlords that have satisfactory accomodation.
