Hello! Today I Ate:

- Breakfast: About 2 Cups Of Honey Bunches Of Oats With Some Milk (not skim, I didnt have any!) And I Had A Kellogs 180 protein cal. bar

Lunch: a small green apple, & I had a little fried chicken! (I know its bad, there was nothing else we had.) and a Kellog's 90 cal small bar

Dinner: Some White Rice, Steamed Carrots (about 1 whole steamed carrot), a little chicken, & some salad!

Snack: The same SMALL 90 cal. Kellogs Bar

Here Are My Questions I Want Answered Please:

- Did I Eat Enough?

- Did I Eat Healthy?

- AROUND how many calories did I eat today? (If you dont know say "you ate around 600-1400 cal" or something like that. Make A Range.

Answer ALL THREE Of my questions please! Be Honest. Thank You. Bye. ☆

  1. - Did I Eat Enough?

    Yes, you did. Though I would recommend you set out your meals to eat "small" meals every 2-3 hours and about 4-5 meals a day. Breakfast being your biggest.

    - Did I Eat Healthy?

    Yes, you ate all the right types of food.

    - AROUND how many calories did I eat today?

    Well heres some APPROXIMATE numbers of calories for each food,

    • 2 Cups of Honey Bunches with Oats = 240 calories

    Not sure what milk you had but here are two options:

    • Milk Reduced fat 2% - 1 cup = 123 calories

    • Milk, Whole, Full fat (3.25% fat) - 1 cup = 147

    • Kelloggs Protein Bar = 180 calories

    •  Apple = 55 calories

    • Fried Chicken = approx 150-300 (dont know how much or what brand the chicken was)

    • Kelloggs Protein Bar - 90 calories

    • White rice - 100-150+ calories

    • Steamed carrots - 40 (approx) calories

    • Chicken - 100 (approx) calories

    • Salad (i dont know what you put in it or how much you had so im just guessing how many calories) - 20-30 calories

    Remember: these are all APPROXIMATE calories, meaning they arnt the exact amount but just around that amount.

    Your total Amount of calories: 1100 - 1400

    If you're taking a multi vitamin, yes. If you didn't take one, then you are missing a lot.

    - Did I Eat Healthy?

    Well there is surely worse to eat! Fried chicken is always bad, no matter how much. Rather than white rice, brown rice is much better for you.

    - AROUND how many calories did I eat today?

    I would say about 1000-1200, you didn't give portion sizes or drinks (assuming was all calorie free expect the milk)

    To give you an idea of what I ate today (keep in mind I'm loosing weight and I'm male):

    Morning 10:00pm: Soy milk, Steel cut oatmeal, 1 whole grain slice of bread.

    Afternoon: A soft taco with wheat not flour tortillaa. Meat was ground turkey, fat free shredded cheese,lettuce, white onions, and litesour creamm.

    Dinner: Didn't eat yet, so.. ya going to do that now..

    The guys above me is beyond stupid also, I'd ignore him.
