Help Please! Need Information ASAP!?

How much am I suppose to weight? I'm 5'1. I weight about 120 lbs.

I have some pimples/zits on my forehead. How do I lose them before September? What do I have to do? No lotions or any of that stuff. Something that I already have, so no products like Clean and Clear. I heard that a piece of cloth with hot water on it and put it where the pimple is and leave it there... You get it....please tell me the solutions!

How may calories should I eat in a day? How many meals and at what time? How do I lose weigh? Exercise, I know. But what arm circles, push ups... How many miles should I run on a treadmill machine?

Thanks! Oh and I heard that you should put a piece of cloth in a microwave but wouldn't it burn and what number? Please give me as many info as possible! Thanks!

  1. Honestly...who cares?

    If you lose 30 pounds and lose your zits, sure you may get guys, but they'll probably be stupid jocks who want in your pants. Find your inner beauty and stop caring about what the h**l other people think about you.


  2. It's hard to get rid of zits without products. Don't pop them or you'll get scars. Food causing acne is a myth, so don't worry about your diet affecting your acne. Wash your face a LOT, but don't let it get too dry or else your skin will start producing excess oil overnight and you'll wake up with more zits.

    As for your weight, 120 pounds sounds healthy for someone your height. If you're still worried, just eat healthier food. You'd be amazed at how much you can eat as long as it's the right kind of food. If you eat healthier, your body will get rid of any excess weight (if you even have any).

  3. Woah! slow down.

    Zits: if you put toothpaste on it and leave on for 15 minutes, wash it off. Then it'll help shrink/ not infect your zit.

    What age are you? because exercise like mile and sit up and push ups depends on your age.  Calories should be 2,000 or 2,500 depending on what diet you're on.

    arm circles don't really matter. I suggest 2 sets of 15 circle the size of a dime (one set forward and the other backward/ clockwise and counterclockwise)  and do the same but instead of dime sized, make it basketball sized.

    Push ups: straight arms, 90, straight arms= one push up on fitness test

    7 on toes (age 11-12)

    10 on toes (age 13)

    Sit ups: 1 sit up=move arms forward and go high enough so that your lower back touches the floor and your shoulder blades don't hit the ground. go back down.

    able to do 40 in a minute

    Mile: 1 mile in 12:30 minute or less (if you're in middle school)
