How much am I suppose to weight? I'm 5'1. I weight about 120 lbs.
I have some pimples/zits on my forehead. How do I lose them before September? What do I have to do? No lotions or any of that stuff. Something that I already have, so no products like Clean and Clear. I heard that a piece of cloth with hot water on it and put it where the pimple is and leave it there... You get it....please tell me the solutions!
How may calories should I eat in a day? How many meals and at what time? How do I lose weigh? Exercise, I know. But what arm circles, push ups... How many miles should I run on a treadmill machine?
