Help! Please. What do with my burn finger?

Heres the story...

I got burn from touching one of those things you make cookies with, I got burn in my finger and it felt very hot and then the next day I had a blister in my middle finger it was small and I so stupid and didn't know what to do, so I cut of the blister with small siccors and nothing came out and I thought I cut off only the blister well I kind cut off my skin a little from my middle finger. Now, I have a small circle in the middle of my middle finger that is open skin and I don't know what to do. I try putting Vitacilna and it helped a up little, but didn't close it at all. So now I'm going to use neosporin and I also bought polysporin. I'm using the other one first, please tell me what I should do and what I'm doing is going to heal my open skin, I'm so freak out and I know a did something stupid, but I wish someone would just help.

Keep it wasked with warm water and soap.  ***Do not use neosporin for more than 7days***.  If you know that you are sbout to clean up chicken poo then go ahead and cover it up, but it needs to be open to the air to be able to heal effectively.

I usually put a little bit of "New Skin" liquid bandage on open cuts/popped blisters etc. It stings a little when you put it on (since it also kills germs in the wound) but it stays on better than band-aids on fingers etc and helps it heal faster.
