Help Please.... i need to connect my hdtv, sky hd and dvd recorder... and simply can not ... i need help pls?

Hi I need some help please ...

i have just bought a dvd recorder sony dvdr890 and really need to connct it to my existing sky hd box and hdtv.

i have 1 hdmi port on the tv and 2 scart sockets

i have 1 hdmi port and 2 scart sockets on my sky hd box

i have 1 hdmi port and 2 scart sockets on the dvd recorder

the sky hd is plugged in to the tv via hd cable

how do i connect all these together

please help

You'll want to be able to record on the dvd-r from Sky so run from the sky box to the dvd-r and then the tv.  You have the inputs so use HDMI on all.  

(The only thing is, because of the hmdi, you may have to have the dvd-r powered "on" every time you want to watch tv)
