I'm nervous as h**l because i haven't been to school in a while and i have forgotten some simple things and am relearning everything...Especially the Maths because i don't know if you are allowed a calculator and i have completely forgotten how to long division, subtraction and multiplication down on paper and some other stuff without trusty old calculator...

Also can you tell be the basics of what you did while sitting the entrance exam which is the maths, english, basic science etc..

Help please!!!

  1. Hey,

I just graduated from nursing school. The test was not that bad. No nursing stuff just lots of reading and math. With reading you have read a lot of passages and decide the main idea. There is a lot of math fractions to percents and vice-versa. Lots of long multiplication and long division along with addition and subtraction. There is a section that test how fast you read. You have to press the space bar after each sentence. I actually took the test twice because I was applying to two different schools and it cost just as much to have the scores sent as it did to retake the exam. One first time I was not allowed to use the calculator on the second attempt I was allowed to use a basic calculator. The exam was exactly the same and my score was excellent the second time. There was no science on the test.Good luck, hope this helps.

  2. um i know the math section goes up to geometry and you can go on math.com to practice
