  1. Seek help through your congressman.

  2. America is the land of freedom of religion... not fake freedom of religion using only words..but real freedom.  Fake religions which seek to takeover country after country with fake promises of peace and tranquility and honor murders, horrible religious law which is against Allah forced on others who don't want it...religions such as that do not belong in America.  People who want to be American ought to read and memorize our constitution to find out why America is about real freedom....and if such a person who wishes to live in America does not like what America is..then such a person as that would never fit in here.

May Allah bless your life with the desire to OWN the true freedom only America represents anywhere on  this planet without your trying to change it.  Not the country itself...but the freedom of it.  Love it.. enjoy it..explore it.   Keep it safe from predators.

I don't know why you were denied...but consider what I have said with passion.  America must remain truly free.

  3. Your asylum claim has already been denied on appeal.  Going up to the next level is very expensive and extremely unlikely to get you asylum status.

Also, you must have an attorney -- do not even think of trying to appeal at this level without one as it will be thrown out.  You can't, at this level, say "but I want asylum."  You must prove that there were procedural errors or technical points of law were not followed before an appeal will even be heard.  This type of appeal has nothing to do with asylum granted/not granted.  It is all about how the court performed proper procedures.  It is extremely unlikely that you have any case whatsoever.
