Help!!! p**n downloaded onto my computer!?

I was looking up Miley Cyrus on the internet (not for anything creepy I swear I just wanted to see all of those pictures that everyone was talking about) and this link came up and it said like video scandal or something and so I clicked on it and all of the sudden this program downloaded onto my computer called p**n for mac and i couldn't stop it and i tried to delete it but I don't know if it deleted or where to find it to delete it. Now I am scared that I will get in trouble but I wasn't even trying to look at p**n!!!! How can I delete it?? I'm scared!!

look through your documents make sure theres nothing thats not suppose to be there. go to control panel from the start menu, then click add or remove programs, the list will take time to load. look through the list for anything that looks explicit & if there is you should see any icon that says remove, that will uninstall the program/pictures- whatever they are.

Shutdown the computer and restart it. When it restarts keep hitting F8. A screen will come up. Tell the computer to book into SAFE MODE without networking. The comp will load and will look funny....dont worry, this is normal. You should be able to delete what ever you need in safe mode.

If that doesnt work you might have to seek professional help or try going into the partition via a Linux liveCD

i'm on a pc so for me i'd to go my start menu my compute, c drive, program files, find where it says "p**n on mac" and delete it. for you, just get to your hard drive and program files howerver u do it on a mac and delete it. or just search for the file see where it installed it. there are also ways of clearing spam and cookies
