  1. I'm sure it will get there!I have done that before!!!

  2. did you put a return address on it? (your address like on the back?)

it will probably still get there but if not get returned

  3. It will not matter. A complete postcode can cover an area as small as a few houses. The address is the important bit. Even with a wrong house number if the postman is a regular it could still go to the correct recipient based on the person's name. We have had a letter from Kuwait addressed to my wife that had only her name, number and road where we live followed by UK !! I've since found out that our road name is unique in the UK which probably helped.

  4. I don't think 1 wrong number will matter tbh .

  5. don't worry, it will get there, just a few days later than if you put the right zip code..

first it will be sent to the zip code you put, then they will realize the code is wrong, and correct it for you, then send it on

  6. Your letter should be fine, people often get our post code wrong but we get our letters.

Might take a day or so longer but it should get there.

  7. just call the post office they might be able to you out

  8. Don't worry about it, people are always putting either the wrong postcode or the wrong town name on my letters, (mainly coz they cant spell, lol) and they always get here. If you need further reassurance, give Royal Mail a call and they can put your mind at ease.

  9. Don't worry about that at all. The local post sorters will know where it needs to go. Probably happens a million times a day!

Best thing to remember in future is make sure your own address is inside or on the back of the envelope so it is at least returned.

    Seriously tho..it'll get there!

  10. You silly girl, don'tt you know that letter with your photos in  will end up in Timbuktu, where some 6ft African will get them and then sneak into our country looking for you...........(tongue in cheek)

  11. it should get to the right person as long as the wrong postcode area doesn't have an exact same address as the one you meant to send it to.

  12. Did you put your own address on the back? If you did, it will be returned to you.

If not, they might open it to see your address.

Or, they might know the address and deliver it to the place even though the postcode is wrong.
