  3. Luck i start school at 630!

but just take a long walk

and than go home and take a long bath

and than go in your room

turn out all the lights at like 9

    and turn on music

    and shut your eyes

and wake up in the  morning and have a fun day at school

  4. Go to bed at 1 with your alarm set. Get up at 5:30 with 4 hours of sleep. You'll be a little tired but you'll live. Saturday night, I was only able to get about 4 hours of sleep and I didn't die or anything. The next day, you won't have any trouble falling asleep. Aa week ago, you should've started getting up earlier and earlier every day.

  5. just go to bed early around 10:00

don't do anything before that will make you have lots of energy

    try to do something relaxing

  6. -dont have sweets at least 3 hours before bed.... chocolate, ice cream, candy, etc.

-no caffeine either (soda, coffee, caffenated tea, etc)

-settle down about an hour before you plan on going to bed (which you should do around 9:30 or 10) and watch TV or read a book.

-get in your bed doing something at least a half hour before bedtime, whether it be reading, watching TV, making a bracelet, knitting, whatever it is, something quiet and relaxing

    - turn the lights out at about 10... if you are having trouble falling asleep, turn on some soft music or if you have a TV in ur room, turn it on quietly and have the lights out rather than on.

    - drift gently off to dreamland

  7. The time to have considered this would have been a week or two ago, when you still had time to gradually adjust to the schedule change.  If you slept in until 11:30 today, you are going to have a hard time falling asleep at 9 o'clock.

Just try to limit the stimulation before bed.  No caffeine, no TV, and no computer.  If you can't fall asleep right away, at least lie there with your eyes closed and get some rest.  You might be dragging tomorrow, but hopefully you will be tired enough tomorrow night to get a good night's sleep.

By the way, why do you have to get up so early?  What time does school start?

  8. Drink a glass of milk

    or eat some cerial

    it always helps me

    go to sleep

  9. Try going to sleep with some music, that helps me.
