I've been reading about some women using soy pills like you would Clomid but I have a few questions. Can you do this on your own or do you have to consult a doctor? Also, how much do you take and how do you know when to take it? How do I figure out the days of the cycle? I have PCOS so I go months without a period. Thanks!

  1. dont know

  2. I have read PCOS women trying the Soy thing.  You don't need a doctor's prescription or anything like that.  What you're looking for is Soy Isoflavones caps or tabs.  Try www.iherb.com

You would take it on CD3- 7 or CD5-9.

It's worth a try.  Have you thought about Metformin.  That is a prescription tab.

  3. Never heard of this.. ask your doctor first.

  4. NOOOOOOOOOO!  Soy is the worst thing for your fertility.  It has phytoestrogens in it that will f up your hormones.  I am a vegetarian and As soon as I started eating soy I lost my libido.  Soy is the reason for so many girls going into early puberty and genital probs. in boys.  Look up on mercola.com about soy.  There is something called fertliaid (check amazon's reviews)  that regulates your cycles.  HAve you tried an opk?  Try chasteberry, red raspberry leaf or tussin tea.  This could possibly help too.
