I'm very sure i got it from overusing my mouse. Right now I'm avoiding using the mouse as much as possible, and I'm moving my arm around as much as I can. Any other therapeutic suggestions?

  1. The treatment for tendonitis is ice, rest and ultrasound. You may benefit from taking anti inflammatories such as ibuprofen, aspirin, or naproxen.

  2. You may need a ergo mouse and keyboard in the long run. You can try ice 3 x day x 15 mins then 5-10 mins heat after ice. Pain relieving creams also can help a great deal. Tylenol or advil per label
