Help Running?

So i have been running to lose weight and i have lost 30 pounds all together but i still need to lose more and when i run i get out of breath so fast... Like im not huge i just get out of breath so fast and i dont know why i try to pas myself when i run but it doesnt seem to work

any one have any tips or things to help me out? Thanks.

  1. well make sure u stretch first and then walk a little to get ur muscle warmed up and slowley gain speed and if u are running outside walk one block and then run the next and then walk and then run and so on...once u get better at running jog two blocks and run one block and so on....as u keep on getting better try to pusj ur self to run faster!   2. try to go FAST walking first, it almost burns the same calories but you might not run out of breath so fast...

    after doing this for a while it will increase your stamina

  3. It sounds like you're trying to run too fast when you start out. Try starting out slow then progressively getting faster through out your run until you are comfortable. Also make sure you aren't loading up on caffeine or food before a run, ideally you should stop eating 3 hours before a run.

  4. Try stretching first because then you get warmed up. And maybe bring a bottle of water?

  5. One thing you can do is run in short bursts. Yiu could run for about 5 min, and then walk for 5. This could help. If this doesnt work, the more you run, the more breath you will have when you run later on.
