Help Sims 2 Downloads won't work and I don't know why...?

Well like I said i really do not know what to do well here are the things I have Winzip to download files and Sim file maid 2 but the files wont let me drag! anyway ive asked a lot of questions about this and all haven't helped me so if you tell me I will give you 10 points if this works!

If it lets you down load them then you probobly have to many things on you pc and it is ok it just takes some uninstaling
