I could tell you all of those from memory, but I'm lazy. Just type each of their names in at www.wikipedia.org and it should tell you in the top right hand corner under an image of the person.

Though you should know Oliver Cromwell wasn't a king, but 'Lord Protector'. Which was actually an even more powerful and corruptible office than the office of King he abolished. But oh well.
