Help! Someone can't reply to my emails, they have to create a new one each time.?

This only happens for one person, everyone else is able to reply to my emails just fine. We are both using Microsoft Outlook as an email program, but the other guy has to always create a new email instead of replying for some reason. Is this a problem on my end or his. He is able to reply to emails from other individuals in our organization just fine. Thanks.

If they are using auto complete feature for Outlook, your email address may be entered in wrong.

To clean up the auto-complete function they would need to delete the file called outlook.ost within C:\Documents and Settings\"the users name"\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.

The users name is the persons email name or windows profile name.

the problem is on his side.  apparently there is something (setting perhaps?) not set correctly or his outlook install is corrupted.
