Help! Spider!?

Ima scared o' spiderdss and theres this spider on the wall! And it jumped!!!!!! Arhhhh! Does anyobne know what kind of spider it is? is it poisonness? It's darkish brown/black...NAd about half an inch

Umm. That's about all I can remember...I ran away as fastas I could after it jumped...Now I'm scared to leave my room

if it jumped its probably a jumping spider, but i need to know what region you live in to tell u accurately at all. and all spiders are poisonous to some extent, but jumping spiders are not harmful to humans. dont worry. its just a little spider.

That it jumped makes me thing it's a jumping spider of the family Salticidae.  They are small, often times colorful, and pounce on their prey from several inches away.

Almost all spiders are venomous (not poisonous), but very few can cause lasting effects in humans (more than a brief sting and swelling).  Jumping spiders fall in that category, they can't do more than what a wasp can do to you.
