Ok i just noticed 3 stretch marks by my belly button (small thank God) and though i said i didn't want any, I haven't really been doing what I needed to in order to prevent them. I bought cocoa butter tummy butter a while ago but like i said I haven't really used it because it's really sticky and I'm back in school and I don't really want my shirt to stick to me. Help What should I do?

  1. this is what I used and it works perfectly!!!!

  2. use Johnson's baby magic everyday. i had 4 kids an i don't have any  marks at all  good stuff

  3. you need to use the cream,..however if you are already getting them chances are it wont help much...i used it and i have a whole stomach full of them,..if you are going to get them then your going to get them you cant just say nah dont want them :-)

  4. Embrace them and be proud!  They are your battle wounds!  they are just a reminder that you are growing a happy healthy little baby in there!

  5. I've been using bio-oil. I'm at almost 34 weeks and no stretch marks (knock on wood!). But, whatever you use, let it absorb into the skin before putting on your shirt and it won't stick. If it still does, you're just using too much.

  6. lol only 3? wow u should see mine i try just about everthing! but nothing worked but hope u dont get to much but after birth they will fade good luck and congrats! xxxx

  7. I have had 3 children, I have one stretch mark on my hip. I swear by and used Bath and Body Works Shea Butter Cream every single time. They have one that is not greasy or sticky. Could be I just got lucky, but why not share if it could help. Best Wishes!

  8. well im sorry to say this but you are going to get stretch marks , no matter what .. i said the same thing but i did use it up until a week ago and im due in 6 1/2 weeks ..  and i have ALOT of stretch marks...

  9. You can rub the lotion on all day & night but if you're guna get 'em ... you're guna get 'em.  It's typically hereditary.

I have them but they are very low and only a tad bit lighter than my skin color.  No one ever notices them.  BUT oh well if they did.  They are my "battle wounds" and after you have a baby, no matter how young you are, I felt very compelled to cover up more than before.

  10. Hi,

I used to have pretty bad stretch marks and red scars around my belly region ever since I gave birth to my three kids.I had tried Vitamin E oil and cocoa butter which a number of people had recommended but unfortunately it didn't seem to work too well. My Doctor had even suggested that I go for a Tummy Tuck. I then recently read an article about a lady who supposedly got rid of her stretch marks using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked really well. It took a number of weeks but my stretch marks soon faded away. You can read the lady's article at the link below.

  11. Unfortunately sometimes it's just unpreventable.

I started getting stretch marks at six weeks with my daughter.

The ones that I got while pregnant with her have already started becoming more defined with this pregnancy and I'm only five weeks along. I think some people are just more susceptible to them than others.
