Help Swallowing Pills?

Okay I know its dumb but I can't swallow this long giant pill!

Any tips on how to do it??????

if it's a capsule, then put it in a soft substance (like applesauce or something like that) and then swallow it. if it's a tablet, you can break it in half. and i can't swallow big pills either. i gag them right up. so don't be embarrased, you're not the only one. [:

i used to do this two times a day! k so you take a spoon of ice cream and stick the pill in the glob of ice cream, and swallow the ice cream! nothing easier than that!

If it is a pill/tablet and not a capsule, you can take it by breaking it in half, into thirds or quarters.

Sectioning the pill with scissors etc. should ensure that there aren't sharp edges on any pieces.

well you could half it or try pushing it quite far back in your mouth and swallow it with a glass of water  : )

Try swallowing it in a spoonful of applesauce. Can you break it in half or is it a capsule?

cut the pill in half then take it one at a time, if it is an capsule get some peanut butter and put the powder from the capsule in it and make a peanut butter and jelly sand witch, if u want more info email me [e-mail] Good luck

if its a capsule, pull it open and put it in 6 oz. of water, then drink it down, if its a pill, then just chew it, it may taste bad but you wont taste it after you drink it down. or just cut/ break it in half.
