Help TV repair Dude I have a philliphs 60in that looks blurry people have a green glow around them Help?

When i put the tv on guide there are multiple colors . I put a blue ray disc and it displayes some pictures in a tunnel vision.

Can any one Help.

Do not know where to start.Always looks like there is a fog on the tv. Would prefer to fix my self..Any help would be Apppreciated

Looks like an allignement issue - typical for old projection TVs.  See in the system menu there is an allignement option.
