Help! Teeth Whitening?

I want to whiten my teeth except i can't use dentist treatments or whitestrips b/c I have braces so is there anywhiting tooth paste that work really well or maybe mouth washes?

One that works fast is Crest Cavity Protection (Cool Mint Gel). You also should brush 3 times a day after eating each meal (although, since you have braces you probably do).

Crest Cavity Protection (Regular Paste-it says that on the box) is better for braces. I'd call your Orthodontist and find out which is better for sure. I used the Regular paste when I had braces, then after I got the cool mint (by mistake) and it works great.

But anything with Tarter Control on the box is bad! It'll eat away at the glue on your braces, so look out for that!
