Help! This fly won't leave my room?

Theres this fly in my room that won't ever leave and its really annoying.

I'll be out all day and leave my door open and come home and its still flying around my room. I tried to kill it but its to fast and my cat even tried to catch it (but I really wouldnt want him to just in case he gets sick or something). Now its like I dont wanna kill this fly anode and I've given up. How can I like catch it and set it free outside?

get a glass and let the fly move onto a flat surface then put the glass over it, slide some card or paper under it and move it outside. or open a window and let it fly out. you might as well kill it anyway because it will only fly into a spider web and die if you dont catch it soon.

If you cant get the fly you can get fly spray.. try and open a window or something or catch it in a glass and put ur hand on the top then let it out xx
