Help! Tradeshow panels printed on white photobase satin. Packing suggestions?

I recently had three panels printed for an upcoming tradeshow. They will be attached to our table top frame. They were printed on White Photobase Satin, Matte Lamination, White Opaque Film. Can this type of material be gently rolled? We need to put it into our case for transportation purposes. If not, do you have any other suggestions? I really appreciate your comments! Thank you! I did ask the people who I got it printed with and they advised me not to roll it too tight because it might crack. Just looking for anyone who has any experience with this material.

  1. If in doubt, do not roll it! You might ask a company like Uline what shipping/packaging materials they would recommend. I might suggest the Picture packing materials as you can pack up oil paintings in frames with these and they will not get damaged by the movers.

  2. I work for a company that design/manufactures tradeshow booths.  You can roll them, but make sure you roll them IMAGE SIDE FACING OUT and also, roll as loosely as you can to have it fit inside the case.
