    when ever im annoyed and go to training just simply smacking the ball makes me feel great!

    or just do any kind of excercise like running on a treadmill at the gym, burn yourself out then just had a relaxin shower afterwards! you'll feel great!

  4. This may sound silly, but (pun intended) LAUGH!

    Laughter has been the subject of many scientific studies that have found that people who laugh regularly and often are happier, healthier and less stressed!

    You can also pet an animal: other studies shows

    those that have spent time petting their cat or dog are less stressed.

    do yoga--really works!

    go for a run or exercise

    take a nice hot bath

    take a bath/ bubble bath

    put your favourite music on

    burn enscent or scents you like

    do a body scurb/face scrub

    maybe a mask (many indication you can find on internet for homemade mask)

    pamper yourself (body cream, manicure, pedicure, ...

    eat what you are feeling like

    put yourself to bed in warm covers if its winter or if its hot go outside to relax,

    maybe watch a movie or something you love doing (ex.. if you like painting, paint, etc... )

  8. Just do what you enjoy. Some people find aggressive hobbies (like tai-bo, boxing, football..etc) to be stress relieving since it helps get out pent up energy. If you're more of a quiet person, try reading a book or getting into a musical intrument or art projects. And of course there's just plain exercising which fits everyone and is guaranteed to have positive results.

  9. Learn how to breath, use 10 deep breaths every day, use some type of exercise, eat correctly no simple carbs. And if you need to take some supplements use complex B with some adrenal glandulars.
