Help! What's a fair price for a emergency bicuspid extraction?

My bridge just fell out. I've had it for 20 years and the bicuspid just disintegrated above the gum line, though it is plenty hard and sharp...ouch! below. I think a 200 is fair, but help me out if you can. This is just the extraction. I know the full fix will be thousands like the original. Thank you.

Yes $150-$200 sounds about right.. keep in mind there are other variables involved that could increase the price such as the level of sedation needed.  IV sedation would cost much more.
