Question:

Help! What are some different ways to say...?

I'm writing an English journal on a book and I don't want to be repetitive and say, "I think that" or "I found that" or "I believed that"...

What are some other ways to state an opinion, or other variations of "I think that..."?

Thank you!

  1. When my works were edited, often those phrases were simply crossed out and the statement stood on its own, the ownership of it as my opinion or thought being implied.

The fact that it's your journal and you're not giving credit to another source says that it's your opinion.
