Question:

Help. What can I do with this kitten? :(?

These people moved away, and left their kitten! It followed my friends to my house one day, so I fed it because it was so skinny and sick looking, now it won't leave. I love it so much, but it's not allowed in my house. It lives on my deck, and we keep having big storms and I'm always so worried about it! I was trying to give it away, but no one wants it. My mom called the SPCA, but they said they had no room for it! What should I do with it? Thank you.

  1. Cat's are perfectly fine living outside depending on how cold it gets where you live. As long as they have some sort of shelter to hide in or under when the weather gets bad. It's kind of you to take it in.

If you take it to the vet pretty soon, then you can find out if it has any diseases. Fleas are easily taken care of these days.

If you have to give it away, do try the paper or put up a few flyers around your neighborhood. Also try posting on Craigslist.com for your area. You don't even have to post your phone number on there. People can respond via email.

Good luck, I hope you get to keep it.

  2. just keep feeding the poor little thing.its not harming anything by living on your deck.maybe your mom will warm up to it and decide to let her live in the home.too many animals are put to sleep for no reason.good luck!

  3. Are you sure, you cant bring into your home the cat sounds lovely, and needs somewhere warm just for a little while, With storms to it could catch something bad:(..

Do you have any other, animal charities that you cant take him/her to?

    Good luck!

  4. I'd put an add in the newspaper.remember  to only put down your phone#.

  5. aww poor kitten put up flyer's see a vet put adds in the news paper please get that kitten a home

  6. put it in the newspaper free to good home.

or if you don't want that let it sleep in your shed if you have one
