Help ..What i need to do to travel to USA???!!!?

i want to travel to USA alone for the first time ..and i don't know what i need to do !?

Am from KSA (Saudi Arabia) ..and am a girl !!..So my Dad used to do everything !

and now i cant ask his help because he will not allowed me to travel alone and he will Kill me for sure if he knew !

am 24 years and he is 1 milion% controlling me .. you might wonder why am doing this ( He forced me to get married next month from an old stranger who has 2 wife's!!!!!!!) so please help me if you can!

it can take more than month to get a visa because to go to the US u have to get a visa

JUSTrun away to different city and THEN APPLY FOR A VISA

remember ur passport and any other personal papers you need

a flight would be the best way to get to usa, you will need a passport to travel legally and i am guessing a visa to enter the usa. if you dont allready have passport or visa, when you apply for one have it sent to a different adress like a friends so your dad doesnt see it. you will need money, lots of money, enough to buy you another set of tickets if it is needed and scorces of entertainment on the plane, its a long flight, before hand sort out travel insureance and helth insureance. if you will hire a car ensure you bring driving documentation, and a credit card, most companys require this when you get the car to ensure you dont run off with thier car! ha ha lol. sort out a place to stay and get your travel money in advance, or if they do it get it at the airport, i would bring us dollars and your local currency. finally depending where you are sort out some pretection while in the usa, like pepper spray, and DONT go flashing your jewelrery and keep all valuables in a hidden place where it cant be seen. oh, make sure you get the numbers for the local embassy and the saudi arabian consolate. they can help you out in an unexpected situation. enjoy your holiday and prepare for a right telling off when you get back if you miss your wedding or if your dad finds out you went without his permission.

Well alot of things play into this like destination, length of stay, people you know.

The obvious, money and passport...

But on the whole if you are looking to fit in comfortable clothes, such as jeans, tshirts, light pants, sandals, running shoes are pretty standard for clothing. For traveling a backpack is usually good light weight things usually help. I wouldn't bring a ton of extras if you plan on moving around from place to place, just find nice-ish hotels and use their stuff.
