Help! What is a good simple ballroom updo?

Question

I need a very simple updo that can sustain many turns and dips. I have medium length layered hair both in the front and the back with full bangs. I was thinking of doing a ballet bun but it's not working very well because of the layers i have. I also have very straight hair. Pictures and how-to's would be very very nice. Thank you for your help. :D
