Help! Where am i going in life. School courses?

Question

im 16 gr10 and need to choose courses for grade 11 which effect gr 12 which i need for university/collage.

I have NO idea what courses to choose, or where im going in life.

I work at a camp and work with specail needs children and i love it! I loe working with them and learning about them, and thats something i can see my self doing and learning more of, but not sure if i want to for the rest of my life, sort of say.

Im interesting in philospy. and like learning about the mind and all that crazy stuff.

also like listeing to people problems and helping.

and i absolutly LOVE kids.

i currently teach dance. but im not thinking its something i want to coninute.

Help.. any suggestions.

when you are go to the university, there is a program called ITEP it intergrated B.A in liberal studies and multiple credential (k-8) and also yo can get a duel special education credential... all within 5 years.... you sound like an excellent candidate for a teaching profession. wish you the best of lucks...

Sounds like you are a teacher or want to work with kids-

early childhood classes

education classes- elementary

child development

special education

take philosophy, literature....take some classes that count for college credit.  Volunteer at an elementary school...it will look good when you apply to college.  If you have to write an essay for college application, write it about working with special needs children.  Good luck!!

That's beautiful & I think you should should continue with all you are doing but if you want to give a push to your career you should go through Philosophy, Life Science, History because there is a demand of the people in five star companies i.e. Discovery, IBM, National Geographic the environment of the companies will allow you to work with your passion they run many programs to help the children & society you could travel to the world with these companies.

But the main thing is that very less are able to reach there. You should study your work & love your study.

And as the time goes you should broad your Campaign from a person to team from a village to city.

You like helping special children...listeing and thinking.

You need to be in the medical profession.

Take science courses with an eye toward nursing or research or doctor.
