I need about 4-6 of them. I would prefer aqua, but white will do if i can't find the other.

  1. If what you're looking for is not uplights, and somthing more decorative, try IKEA for chinese lanterns.  Or World Market.  They are inexpensive and can be large enough to really be noticable.

  2. You should try renting spot lights these will work the best.  Then see if they have the translucent color sheets that go over the lights that will not melt in the color that you want.  Also you will not be stuck with extra lights you most likely will never use again after the wedding.

  3. I believe you're referring to "uplights."  Ask the planner at the banquet hall & check with your DJ.  DJ's usually have some light options for rent.
