Help! Why Baruch College has not send me a financial aid award letter yet?

Question

I called the financial aid office several time, but no one picks up the phone. Fortunatedly, I sent an e-mail and financial aid advisor responsed. She said two grants/aids are good for me. However, when I ask her for when can receive the financial aid award letter. She said, "a month" Is it possible? I did TAP and FAFSA in early Jan 2008. Why should I wait so long? Does it mean that my aid is less? Or is it true everyone like me, did not get aid award letter?

CALL THEM!! its really time. you might not have received any or you for got to apply for it, or add it to your fasa. you really need to call them asap b/c at this time they probably have stopped giving it out. again CALL THEM ASAP AS TOMORROW BEFORE 4PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
