Ok so I have big problem. it is that I'm always worried what people think of me, even complete strangers when I'm at a store or something. When I'm around of a lot of people (school) I feel like I can't do anything. I cant even play sports because I'm always worrying. Can somebody please help? I don't know what to do??

  1. I'm really self-conscience.  And I say to forget about what people think of you.  It's your life, not their's.  Why should you waste your life worrying about people who do you absolutely no favors.  You're not going to get another chance at this.  Live for you.

  2. its called schizophrenia i have that 2

  3. You may in fact have an anxiety disorder. Talk to your family physician. You are not alone and your problem is not that weird. Good luck.

  4. just look yourself in the mirror and say,I CAN DO ANYTHING I WANT TO,AND s***w EVERYONE ELSE.its your life, and you cant let what others may think mess it up.lifes too short for that, just chin up and be proud of who you are.F everyone else

  5. I have a similar problem.  I constantly think of what people think of how i look.  Since i have acne i feel like people are always looking at that instead of me.  I know that most people really don't care but its like tattooed into the back of my sub conscience mind that some people do care about how i look.  The way i look at it is if people care about how i look then they aren't worth it.  They can think what they want.  The fact is most people probably care more about how they look than how you look so theres no reason really to feel self-conscience.  Hmm...thanks for posting this question i think i actually just talked myself into not caring what other people think about me.  I hope i did the same for you or helped you out in some other way =] good luck.
