Help With ANTIVIRUS XP 2008?

I understand that its a malware. I've downloaded a program to delete all the files, but when it scans my computer for these files, it always retstarts on its own. I'm really stuck and dont know what to do.

When it restarts its a blue screen with white text and says all this stuff.

I have an HP computer.

  1. Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This  problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes .   2. The only way is if the os starts use a soft that would remove it(forgot its name) or just shut it off from the auto starting processes or reinstall windows

  5. Your only option is to install CLAMWIN.

    ClamWin is a Free Antivirus for Microsoft Windows

    that uses the GNU General Public License by the Free Software

    Foundation and is free (as in freedom) software.

    There is a portable version of ClamWin where it can be install into an USB pendrive as small as 64 MB.

    First use another PC to download Clamwin portable anti-virus

    and install Clamwin portable on a USB thumb drive.

    Update the latest anti-virus definition files.

    Set the preferences to delete or move virus to a quarantine folder.

    When the USB pendrive is ready.

    Boot up the infected PC in safe mode.

    If possible, disable system restore on the infected PC.

    Run the Clamwin Anti-virus that is installed on the USB drive to scan the infected PC.

    Scan all hard drives for viruses.
