Help With Choosing A Right Car (Lancer)???

I`m thinking of buying a Lancer maybe 2009 or 2008 and i was just wondering if you though the car was gas efficient, and if the car is worth buying like does it handle well and things that might make this car worth or worth not buying

As to the car itself, It does have a great sport heritage. The GTS model is preferred if you are interested in great handling. Mitsubishi does indeed have great tradition of nice sports cars. If you need great pickup and bigger engine, get the 2009 model.

Now for worth the price or not, well that depends on your preference. For 18K there's quiet a choice out there. If you are looking for a sports car then here's few choices

Chevy Cobalt

Mazda 3

Pontiac G6 - Slightly expensive 19K

If you are looking for a Sporty sedan, the only car other than Lancer is the Altima. Rest of the sedans are good Commute vehicles like Hyundai or Chevy.
