When i apply again for AId next year do i have to give the financial information of everyone in the house being me my wife her mom her dad

Or,

since we are marryed and renting a room do i just need to supply the information regarding her and I.

If i give the information for the whole house i wont qualify for aid that's why i ask.

  1. Weather you are renting a room or not makes no difference (or where yo live for that matter).  You just put yourself and your wife's income and information.  When it asks for number of people in the household you only include you and your wife and your kids if you have any.  You would not include those other people in your parents household or your parents that you do not support.

PS: everyone can qualify for federal aid regardless of income in the form of studnent loans, so don't worry too much,

  2. Since you are married, you have to supply information regarding you and your wife.

  3. If you are paying rent to be there and not being supported by your parents, then I don't see why you would need to list the others in the house.  Look at it this way, if you were renting a room in a home and your landlord was a stranger, her income has nothing to do with you, right?  So I doubt it very much.  On your form, it will ask you if you are paying rent and how much.  Put down the amount and leave it at that.  If you are really concerned, just call FAFFS and ask.  You don't have to give your name, just ask her if a person is living with in laws and paying rent, blah, blah.

    Good Luck:)
