Help With Importing Video From My Digital Camera!?

Hey when i plug in my digital camera nothing happens! By the way im trying to import the video file into windows movie maker my camera is a JVC GR-D37OU soo help please

The GR-D37OU is a MiniDV camcorder, so you need to capture your video using firewire - I'm guessing you're trying to use USB, which is just for stills.  If your PC hasn't already got one, you'll need to install a firewire card. They're cheap, easy to install and readily available. You'll also need a firewire cable.

Once everything's connected you can capture and edit the video with Windows Movie Maker (should already be on your PC).
