  1. check the encyclopedia, you'll be clear with it!

  2. rational numbers are numbers that can be expressed as whole numbers or fractions.

For example, these are all rational numbers:

    1, 4, 123, 6654, 9010, 0, 1/2, 199/678

recurring decimal numbers are also rational.

    1/3 = 0.33333333333333........

    17/9 = 1.88888888888888........

They can be expressed as fractions so they are rational... and you know that the same number keeps repeating its self so it is quite a rational thing to think about.

Irrational numbers are numbers that cannot be expressed as a fraction or whole number...

    Examples:

    Pi

    the square root of 2

If you express them in decimal... they seem to keep going and every digit seems to be as random as the last.

  3. rational numbers are numbers that end. (if you can write the whole number its rational). irrational numbers repeat or never end like pi.

  4. I'm sorry i wish i can help but im to young to know what algebra is lol!!!
