Help With My Yahoo! 360 Picture!!!?

Ok I have been a member on Yahoo! Answers for about I guess 1 or 2 months now. And I'm still trying to figure out how to get a picture with your profile I guess it is called a Yahoo! 360. Do I need to make a homepage to get a picture and why?

go to 360 account

click "my page"

click "edit personal photo"

click "browse" find ur own jpeg picture on ur computer

click save
