Help With Paypal/Echeck?

Question

It keeps using echecks directly from my bank account instead of funds that are already in my paypal, what's going on? I can't figure out how to stop it and instead make it use the funds in my paypal. This is crazy.. why would it automatically change like that? It was fine in the past.
