Help With a CV and covering letter for a 16year old?

can anybody help me or give me some tips on how i can get a really good CV and Covering letter for a coffee shop

i have had 3 pervious work experiences but this is the first that i actually need a CV for.

what should i say about my self to really convince the owner im good for the job.

im only 16 and have no qualifications yet as im currently taking my gcse's
