Help! With my nails???

I noticed lately that my finger nails have been turning yellow? Does anyone know what could be causing this? Also, what can I do about it?

- smoking

- wearing too much polish (let ur nails breath)

- dont keep good hygene

Dark nail polishes turn your nails yellow after a couple of uses.

Put a clear or white basecoat on underneath, THEN your desired colour on top.

Also, if you don't wear nail polishes, it could be a flaw in your diet, or kidney failure... check it out at the doc's office.

if you have been using dark nail polish they can stain your nails so to prevent it use a bottom clear coat to keep that from happening
