Help With "Bigger" Curls?

Ok.....is there like a product that can make naturally big curls, into smaller curls

Nothing Like Perm though

use a small curling iron. like skinnier.

Strighten it then put small curlers in it maybe.

diffuse it and scrunch it. Curls Rock by Catwalk works great!!!!
