Question:

Help! Zombie flies are taking over my house!?

All of a sudden, I have about 15-20 zombie flies in my house. So what is a zombie fly? It is a fly that is half-dead, can't (or won't) fly, and makes no attempt to avoid being squashed. Some of them are crawling on the floor, while others are laying on their back wiggling their legs. It's very strange. Not to mention, I have NO clue how they got in the house

Of course, their strange behavior makes them easier to kill, but it still leaves me uneasy. What would make flies act this way? It is making me nervous that there is some kind of poisonous gas in my house.

Anyone encountered this before?

  1. Holy c**p, at my friends house, she has a plant in her kitchen and it has this dead fly attached to it like it decided to land on the leaf of the plant and just chill and then it died or whatever and it won't come off the leaf no matter how much you poke it like those ghosts that refuse to leave the place it died. So Yeah.

  2. yikes

    scared ot that

no what your seeing is young flies not yet flying...there is something dead somewhere and they are comming from that

i think...i have seen the same thing around old dead animals

  3. Possibly there are now 15-20 zombies living under your house; hence the 15-20 zombie flies.  Get rid of the zombies and the house will be ride of the zombie flies.

  4. ...Get a life.

I don't believe you one bit..I mean Fly Zombies? What the heck are you talking about. There is no such thing.

Want to know why no one has this happened to them? Because it's not true...

    >.< What a waste of 5 points...

  5. No, but i would advise you to take pest-control.
