Help about Macy auditions, J.o.n.a.s!

ok, so i want to do these auditons for Macy, on J.O.N.A.S, i have already sent in my resme and headshots, but i have a couple questions. First, on some cites it says cacausian only but on others it say it ethnicty open......So which one is right? Second, I am only 14 but am turning 15 next month(september) Thogh i do look older for my age, and act alot more mature most people think im 16 because im tall((5'8)) Are they Looking 4 the older& shorter people for this acting job? Third, I Really Dont have experince, i have been main roles in 3 musicals and 2 plays, And i have have takin some acting acting classes, and theater arts classes in school, so do i need an agent? Fourth me little sister is 12 turning 13 but the thing says 14-17 do u think that shee will have a chane(( though she has had no experience?)) Do the head shots have 2 be proffesinal, because mines werent but they look good, will it matter?And Last, I Live in NJ, do they still cast from there?Haha I kno its alot of question but any that you could help with would be much aprciated.

Well i've sent my resume and headshots too so waiting for them to call..

Yeah at first it said caucasian but then it changed to ethnicity open im black so i hope you dont have to be white to do it,,

wow your really tall but i dont think there going to base it on height. its if you have the look there looking for and expirence...

and being in 3 musical and 2 plays thats having experience unlike me i dont have nothing..Yea your little sister is to young disney likes there actress to be 14 and older and my pictures aren't proffessional either but the look good 2 i dont think it matters as long a sthey look good and i dont know if they cast in new jersey but the main places are florida and california im lucky cause i live in Florida..

and ooh i notice your name says haitianbeauty im haitian so that would be good if they were a haitian disney star so good luck........
