Help about Marcy audion, J.O.N.A.S.

Question

i'm thirteen turning 14 on august 17. I'm about 4'11. Do you think they would let me audition if i sent it before my birthday? and does it mater how small i am? I know it sounds like a stupid question to ask but i was just wondering.

They probably would let you audition, but getting picked is another thing. You'd probably have to play a character that is younger than you actually are but if you have talent, who cares? :)  You should send the application in anyway.  If they think you're talented enough, they shouldn't care much. It's worth trying, even if you don't get the part.  How are you auditioning btw, through an acting agency? It'd be so cool to be on JONAS. I'm a horrible actor though...Anyways good luck and let me know what happens!

OMG I WAS GONNA SEND IN A RESUME TO THEM TOO. but then i looked at it and examined the roll. although i would LOVE to have it, it seems like you are suppose to be the best friend of someone who is played by chelsea staub and then i changed my mind. im 14 going on 15 and i still dont look nearly as old as chelsea is so idk about you but i dont think im gonna send it... but tell me how it goes for you.. btw not to sound wierd where do u live and whos your agent. i live in st. louis and im looking for a new agent and am having trouble- theres no good ones in stl

yeah...it doesn't really matter about your age, just about if you look that age.

im sorry, but most likely not...

they are very very strict about age

and im about ur height too

and it really doesnt help at all with the age thing.
