  2. You should eat lots of whole grains, veggies, protein, fruit. Eat a protien with every meal and dont eat more than a couple fruits a day focus mostly on whole grains and veggies paired with a protein like chicken breast or fish. The best ways to lose fat: Jump Rope, Jogging. If you have a gym membership do low intensity cardio keeping your heart rate around 130-140 for about 40 mins  a day.

  3. Well, after a proper physical exam from your doctor, you can do lot's of exercises to lose weight! The secret to weight loss is to burn off more calories than you take in like say you take in 2000 calories per day burn off 2200-2300 calories per day. you can achieve this by walking, running, swimming, jogging.
